Integrations
What Horizon connects to.
Each integration is read-only. You connect it one of two ways: a one-click authorisation (OAuth) from your own account, or by pasting a read-only API key that you generate yourself.
Deputy is live today. Square, Lightspeed, Doshii, Xero and NowBookIt are built and switch on the moment the first venue on each one connects.
How connecting works
You stay in control.
You authorise read-only access from your own account. We never see your passwords, and Horizon can never change your data. You can revoke access at any time.
One-click OAuth
For Square, Xero and others you approve read-only access inside your own account. No password ever touches Horizon.
Read-only API key
For Deputy and NowBookIt you generate a read-only key in your account and paste it in. It can read, never write.
Revoke any time
Disconnect from your side whenever you like and access stops immediately.
Deleted on disconnect
When a venue disconnects, its data is deleted from Horizon.

Australian Privacy Act
Governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Data stays in Sydney
Hosted in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). Your data stays in the region.
Encrypted at rest
Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Tenant isolation
Every venue’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security (RLS).
Read-only access
Horizon never sees your passwords and can never write to your systems.
Audit logging
